Delivery across Kuwait's six governorates

This Shipping Policy describes how Terra Garden Co. delivers orders placed on www.terragarden.com. By placing an order you confirm that the delivery details you provide are accurate and that you or an authorised representative will be present to receive the order.
1. Delivery area
Terra Garden delivers throughout the State of Kuwait, covering all six governorates: Capital (Kuwait City), Hawalli, Farwaniya, Mubarak Al-Kabeer, Ahmadi, and Jahra. Coastal chalet deliveries (Khiran, Julaiah, Nuwaiseeb, Bnaider) are available by appointment and may require additional lead time.
We do not currently ship outside Kuwait.
2. Delivery charges
- Free delivery on orders above 30 KWD within Kuwait's six governorates.
- Standard delivery fee for orders below 30 KWD: charged at checkout.
- Chalet deliveries and large-item landscaping deliveries (bulk soil, green-wall installations, mature palms) are quoted individually in KWD.
- Bulk corporate, wedding, and gifting orders: delivery is included in the project quote.
3. Delivery timing
- Standard schedule: Sunday through Thursday, between 9 a.m. and 6 p.m. Kuwait time.
- Friday and Saturday delivery is available on request — useful for villa handovers, chalet drops, and weekend events. Please contact us at least 48 hours ahead.
- Same-day delivery may be possible for in-stock items ordered before 11 a.m. on a working day, subject to delivery vehicle availability.
- Custom terrariums, green walls, and commissioned installations: lead time is stated on the product page and confirmed in writing on order acceptance. Typical ranges are 4–6 weeks for green walls and 1–3 weeks for custom terrariums.
4. Before your delivery
We will contact you on the Kuwait mobile number provided at checkout, by WhatsApp or phone, to confirm the delivery window. Please ensure:
- The contact number is reachable during the delivery window.
- Someone aged 18 or above will be present at the delivery address.
- Access to the property (gate codes, lift, stair access) is available for larger plants and planters.
5. Receiving your order
Please inspect plants and containers on delivery. If an item is visibly damaged, note the issue and contact us within 24 hours on WhatsApp +965 99448116 or [email protected] with photographs. We will arrange a replacement or repair under the Returns and Refund policies.
Live plants are packaged carefully, but short-term leaf stress after transport in summer is normal and resolves within 7–14 days. This is not considered damage.
6. Missed deliveries
If we are unable to deliver because no one is available at the address, or the provided address is incorrect, we will attempt to reschedule once at no additional charge. Subsequent delivery attempts may be charged.
7. Large projects and installations
Green wall installations, landscape builds, and palace-scale projects follow a project schedule agreed in writing at contract signature, not this standard shipping timeline. Site access, crew size, and crane or lift requirements are confirmed during the site survey.
