Refund Policy

This Refund Policy describes how Terra Garden processes refunds once a return has been accepted or when a store credit is issued under our Plant Health Guarantee. It should be read together with our Returns Policy.

1. Refund method

Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout:

• K-Net: refunded to the original K-Net account (your bank).
• Visa or Mastercard: refunded to the original card.
• Cash on delivery: refunded by bank transfer to a Kuwaiti bank account you provide, or as store credit at your option.

We do not issue cash refunds at the showroom for online orders.

2. Refund timeframe

• K-Net and card refunds are submitted to our payment processor within 3 working days of return acceptance.
• Your bank then posts the refund to your account, typically within 7–14 working days.
• Bank transfer refunds for cash-on-delivery orders are issued within 7 working days of receiving your Kuwaiti IBAN.

If the refund has not appeared after 14 working days, contact your bank first with the transaction reference we provide, then contact us.

3. What the refund covers

• Full refund: the purchase price of the returned item.
• Partial refund: applied where an item is returned with missing accessories, in reduced condition, or outside the 14-day window at our discretion.
• Original shipping fees are refunded only if the return is due to a Terra Garden error.
• Return collection fees, where applicable, are deducted from the refund.

4. Store credit

As an alternative to a monetary refund, we may offer store credit in KWD, redeemable against any future order. Store credit is valid for 12 months from issue.

5. Delays and disputes

If there is any disagreement about a refund, contact us first on WhatsApp or email — most cases are resolved within 48 hours. You retain all rights under Kuwait's Consumer Protection Law No. 39 of 2014.
