Terra Garden's maintenance service removes those reasons. Since 2012, our horticulture team has kept office, hotel, showroom and villa plantings healthy across Kuwait, on a fixed schedule and under contract, with replacement of qualifying plants included.
Our longest-running service, and the reason many of our clients never lose a plant. A dedicated horticulture team visits on a scheduled basis to water, feed, prune, clean foliage, rotate specimens for even growth, and replace any plant that isn’t thriving — so your space always looks the way it did on installation day.
What every maintenance visit includes
Watering matched to each plant and your building's AC profile; inspection for stress, disease, pests or overwatering (treatment applied only when needed); removing dead or yellowing leaves; trimming and shaping; leaf cleaning; soil aeration and top-up; fertilising to schedule and condition; checks for leaks or drainage problems around pots; rotating specimens for even growth; and clear reporting of any plant that is declining — with replacement handled per your agreement. Corporate visits typically run weekly; the exact cadence is set in your contract.

Do you offer maintenance contracts for office plants in Kuwait?
Yes — weekly visits are our standard corporate schedule, under the Monthly Care Plan or an Annual Contract; corporate accounts can move to a bespoke SLA at any time. Cadence and inclusions are set in your agreement.
Do you replace a plant that dies under contract?
That depends on your agreement: some contracts include replacement of qualifying plants; otherwise we report declining plants and provide a separate replacement quotation — approve replacements at once or spread them across visits and budget periods.
What does a maintenance visit include?

Do you cover all areas of Kuwait?
