It is not a true Monstera, but it offers a similar tropical look on a more manageable scale. Give it bright, indirect light to support the variegation and a pole or trellis for climbing. Water when the upper layer of the potting mix has dried, using an airy mix that drains freely. Keep it away from direct sun and cold AC drafts. Variegated growth can be slower, and the pattern will vary naturally from leaf to leaf.
