Aeschynanthus Caro - Lipstick Plant - 15/35

The Aeschynanthus, or Lipstick plant, comes from the family of Gesneriaceae and has 150 species of different tropical and subtropical flowering plants.
The lipstick plant is a beautiful flowering indoor plant prized for its shiny foliage and exciting flowers. It gets its name because the flower buds peek out of dark-colored tubes, looking like a miniature tube of lipstick.
If you want to promote flowers, then this houseplant requires plenty of bright indirect light. If you place your Lipstick Plant outdoors in the warmer months, make sure to put it in a shady spot. Avoid direct sunlight, as this can be damaging.

Watering: Every 10 days - it doesn't do well with too much water. Let the top few inches of soil dry out before watering it again. Don't let the soil dry out.
